It's to late to do anything but hope the sale of your pro rata share of the ETE shares underlying your NBGGY ADRs yield a palatable return. You will receive the cash in your account after the collective un-surrendered ADRs are sold but I don't know precisely when that will happen.... sooner than later I'm speculating.

I'm sure all on the board would appreciate it if you let us know when that happens for you as it will confirm that they're done selling the un-surrendered portion of the 500mil NGBBY ADRs issued and outstanding.
