Weighted average trades are dilution from block positions. We all know what a tape Paint is, it’s simply a trader trying to better the picture and/or skew the chart by marking the close.

Today’s manipulative last trade was a paint for $0.52 Cents, TOTAL. That sort of transaction is also illegal.
