I am pleased to send you an email with some exciting updates and a chance to introduce myself to you. I have recently joined the Investor Relations team working with Network 1 Securities, Inc. and $TVOG.


As you may know, $TVOG has executed an Acquisition Agreement and Preferred Stock Placement to acquire up to $25MM in assets and capital in partnership with the Dubai based, PrimeStar Family Office. Details are available in the 8K and Form 10 filings which I've included below.
