That could also be the start of a descending triangle pattern, in which case a pop is coming. My vote is bullish because of so much great news, the uplisting and the volume. There has been some shorting going on so we've seen some volatility, but I think this will pop through the ten resistance and back up to 14's then beyond. There has been a lot of quiet accumulation going on and seems like a lot of traders are expecting some stellar news.
