Board members, CFO and Corp Secretary both resigned within weeks of one another, and 2 years later and Tony is still hiding the fraudulent financial filings from the public. Phony financials going back years and Tony still can’t provide real numbers. After 2+ years of waiting and Tony still can’t produce an accounting of BLTA finances. Now even insiders are quiting because they know it’s better to bail out before BLTA implodes. BLTA has no future.
