There is a lot of “talk” because “talk” can create volume. What actually happens is anyone’s guess. But if O’Leary has a real business and wanted to take it public via RM he could do so with a clean reporting shell for about $250K.

And I would bet most think BVTK is worth quite a bit more than that.

So it doesn’t make sense for either side to do it...when you look at the numbers.
