People keep posting it's starts with a CDU. That is incorrect, it starts with financing. But sense that has not occurred or even a verified letter of intent, MMEX had to get toxic funding, to grade a road, rent an empty office, build a cheap flagpole and still can't keep the PPS above A PENNY, A FRIGGIN PENNY.
