NC_RA did a 1 for 40k RS followed by 200 for 1. which would make the OS 800,000 shares from the pre RS OS of 160mil I believe. But they did a round up of 200 shares. Can pick up a few k at bid and hope they run this to 1.00 later on.
HEck it was .007 before the RS so .02 .03 on such a low floater aint that bad. imo
If there were 500 shareholders of record or maybe even 300 (300x200) would be 60k or so float possibly. anyways just a weird one to snag cheap shares on bid and hope for some run later with filings or something coming out.
THough looks like one could get .05s easier. pick up 1k and sell at .51 .75 1.00 if it goes there post split.
Someone somehow just had 5k go off. not sure if they just bought 5k on the bid and sold it at .10 when they were able to show minimum offer...
