That whole shell is interesting.

Started as Child Vision, Inc. in early 2000s, Simon P. Thurlow was President.

Simon P. Thurlow was Roger Fidler's Law Clerk and business associate with other companies.

Then Shanghai Yutong Pharmaceuticals, Inc. purchased Child Vision (deal closed at Pivo Associates New York office in 2004 or something)..

Much more... scam bussiness etc etc.

Now it is ANBC, Inc.

And Richard Oravec is Investor Relations!

He has been with that shell for a while.
