Agreed if they complete the 6 month HAP studies and refile their Oxy NDA candidate and get the abuse deterrent labeling they're seeking and prevail over Purdue in the Purdue litigation...then I totally agree that after all the time, energy and money/resources already devoted to it...it's definitely worth seeing it all the way through to fruition.

But I'm still a little miffed that mgmt. decided at some point to carry it all the way through to FDA approval b4 seeking a plug and play partner.

To me that was foolish and more costly...but it is what it is at this point and all will be forgiven if they eventually do secure a partner for their Oxy NDA candidate following eventual FDA approval.
