I agree. Just not getting the CE thing here. Latest Annual Report w/Attorney Letter makes HCEI current, with regard to financials. I don't see any Promo's for HCEI. So, there is some corporate activity that is not being revealed here.

HCEI Corp. office is in Cali. Could it be that they have sold this to a MJ company in Cali and the deal is in progress? HCEI seems to be holding its own financially. It is a real puzzle here. But, in a positive way. LOL!!
