surrendered. All Seafarers has is Area 1, but they haven’t completed Area 2 which should prevent obtaining new permits or even getting a renewal.

I’m interested in watching the case unfold. But the point of my post was that Florida doesn’t appear to be salvor friendly and they are claiming they followed the statutes. You allege they did not. What evidence do you have?
