I guess I have to repeat myself.
SEC action (or inaction) when a company (like Greenshift) doesn't file anything in more than a year is a separate issue than any DTC Chill.
That would be two theses, but I only wrote about one of them, the lack of filings.
FWIW, I am still glad that I filed my complaint. It may have gotten the ball rolling inside Greenshift's corporate HQ. The company may start making filings soon. If they do, I will consider myself one of the factors behind this long-overdue piece of good news.
One more time. I expect the fact and figures that will eventually be in those filings (whenever they're made) to be good news in the eyes of the GERS shareholders.
One more time. because I expect to see good news in those missing filings, I decided to file a complaint with the SEC. I wanted to see those filings because I wanted (and still want) to see the stock price go up.
