One of the lesser talked about investments of Canopy Growth Corporation (12% ownership) and Canopy Rivers (12% ownership) is TerrAscend (TER) which is up to $5.30 a share. Canopy and Canopy Rivers each hold 11,285,456 common shares purchased at $1.10.

Looking forward to the IPO of Canopy Rivers which Bruce has stated will happen before July 1, 2018 and is EBITDA positive.
