well,if the filings are correct.On December1......

Dougie Brooks was awarded 39,216......Vice President

Paul Parliament was awarded 58,824......CEO/President

Richard Kaiser awarded 44,119.....secretary/acting CFO

Julious Kosta awarded 49,020.........>10% owner


So yes .Being that I can not find any business that they have done in order to warrant these stock awards as compensation I would at least like them to get filings done in a timely manner.


Also find it curious that Julious Kosta is only listed as a >10% owner.If he is selling his personal business gaming machines to BRVO.Then BRVO is leasing the machines to third world countries.Wouldn't he want to be an officer of the company to dictate where the machines were going?If he is running his own private business why would he not want to be at the helm of a public company doing his business?I must be misunderstanding something to the structure of the whole thing.Wish they would hold a shareholders meeting so I could ask my questions face to face.Especially you Richie
