Very much in line with the young lad who pointed out to the cheering exuberant crowd, "But, but, but ..... the emperor has no pants!".

yep, this pathetic investment performance attributable to CAPC management is what potential investors see when they consider this stock and it causes them to ask, if the earnings are really so great, why are others avoiding this stock like the plague?

It's time for this company to man-up and put on some pants. They desperately need independent, experienced directors.
