3) No gross revenues,

5) No SEC filings,
6) No telephone number,
7) No company location, offices, chairs or tables,
8) No email address or website,
9) No NEWS.

It has:

1) Plenty of debt,
2) Plenty of angry investors,
3) A Shell that is not clean.
