Gordo,
I agree with a lot of your statements. There is nothing wrong even if you have an office out of your garage, it works. (look at apple). What disturbed me was when the more I looked into Estrada the more bad things I saw. However I will use this as example the fixator alignment tool was actually up for sale on ebay (serious inquiries only) but, now here is the but, UATG might be the ones behind the scenes liquidation all "rigid" branded parts. I know Alex has pulled this company around and for other's reading this, yes There were Crooks but Alex got rid of them and made good on their mistakes. ( Integrity). But again what took me back was that a lot of UATG's products (which they did buy the rights to) were on all different sites for sale. the crutch, the fixator. Again as I said the more I dug, the trail went off in different directions. I still believe in the CEO and the company. My opinion is that Alex and Eric should of pulled anything that had to do with UATG intellectual property from the sites.
Again 2014 Rigid was active with sales, now I also saw UATG branded tools and equipment. So This "transitional" area is what peeved me. Because Alex never stated what area's of development were still out on other websites.
Very Misleading, and can lead to misunderstandings. Your next Conversation you should mention to Alex that during the Acquisition There were products already out for sale that would be rebranded to UATG, and not like they were just created by them. I get it, they are a holding house and buy the rights, but should be in the reports at least for a year. IMO
