Just a matter of time. Outside of another one of their stock promotions to assist the frauds that have large amounts of low cost paper that they wan to liquidate, this scam is going nowhere. This company has zero fundamentals and now that their attempt to use “crypto” as a PR stunt to juice the stock has go by the wayside with the SEC cracking down of bogus companies trying to use crypto to mislead the public, this pig of a stock is on its last legs. This company is nothing more than another scam that has the same micro cap frauds involved - IRTH Communications, Doug Leighton and Dutchess Capital, Chardan, Honig, Brauser, Grossman, John O’Rourke from the soon ill fated RIOT Blockchain, John Stetson, HS Contrarian Fund, The Delevaco Group, Markowitz, Pacific Stock Transfer, Austin Legal Group, Shepard Mullen, Etc...There are many micro-cap companies that have all been promoted by IRTH Communications that all have the many of the same players named in their S-1’s , represented by the same firms and all do not have real offices or real businesses. There is a very similar pattern here that reporters, class action attorneys and regulators are being made aware of. Cannot wait to have this scam post the 10Q for Q4 las year so I can get a laugh and see how they try to hide all the missing money, payoffs to Tripp Keber, Ian Seeb and Terry Fitch for allowing this crook back into the company after the ex-Board shared evidence with members of the press and others of all this wrong doing, misapprioprition of funds, cocaine use by the CEO in the office and company’s long history of stock promotion when the crooked CEO made a representation that he had no knowledge of stock promotion in a public press release last summer. Thie list goes on....
