There's that word again... 'accepted'. Lol. IMO the company should differentiate between 'accepted' and 'granted'. To me "The SEC 'accepted' " means the SEC 'received' and is 'reviewing' the Form 10. It could also mean the SEC did not 'reject' the Form 10 on submission. We won't know if the SEC has 'granted' the Form 10 until we see a PR or an 8K.

Just don't have time this morning to go back and look to see if I am missing something here as well. We just need to wait for a PR or 8K.
