Absolutely correct, Jack is so smart. So smart that he has received multiple loans, ooops TOXIC loans, so smart he has dragged this out for over a year, so smart MMEX had a ground breaking ceremony and the price has continually tanked since then, so smart MMEX is about to be delisted, so smart MMEX will need to get more TOXIC loans, so smart he has a strung investors along for over a year with NO FINANCING IN SIGHT, so smart he has a group talk about gifted Ford trucks ALL weekend long. So smart, he spend nickels to smooth the dirt out to keep the game going. I agree, he is very smart at "Con Game 101"
