Sounds about right,The building might just be a metal kit style building and can go up in short order. The machines just need to be bought and installed and CGRW group have already grown enough MJ to start feeding them.

Basically, the more money they throw at it the faster it will proceed. I'm just waiting to hear that they have the building permit "in hand" from there they should be balls to the wall getting it running. JMO
