They will do a 10:1 r/s so the o/s shares will go down to 20 million and then enter into Aspire or LPC contract to get operational money - when near trial start - raise more money and move to Nasdaq - use AVXL playbook

AD trials are long - on their own it is tough to continue so they will need dilution - the existing SH make noise before r/s but after r/s the new SH see only the reduced number of shares and trial starting - they jump in and buy the stock and cycle starts
