True. NPHC announced they consolidated noteholders into a friendly noteholder that will allow for additional Financing/Cash to grow the marketing/sales/exposure of Nyloxin in retail and government channels!! In addition they have money to kick off phase 2 clinicals for their orphan drug..

Now in order to consolidate a note, they must give them some combination of equity or cash.. any evidence noteholders taking up equity positions??? Why yes: Coventry 8-k of 10% equity stake..

Why in the world would the noteholders have a race to the bottom when the company is on the cusp of significant things??
