I pinged IR a couple of days ago

Haven't gotten a response yet, which makes me think that we are close. Probably next week, but that is just a guess.

They're late on the 10-Q now too, so they'll have to explain that as well.

Good news is that the volume dried up, so the forced sellers or converts appear to be gone. The question now is the share count after the Monaker shares were issued and the converts.
