I don't know about Dennis, but last summer I called Tom a few times to ask all the questions that I could think of. For a few questions he told me he couldn't answer because it was insider info. He offered to answer if I signed an NDA... then reminded me that I couldn't trade once I signed it.

I didn't sign it, or even ask to see the NDA agreement. I didn't think locking myself into (or out of) a penny stock sounded like a good idea at all.

So, yeah, it's possible she has an NDA at least with Tom / Bravatek.
