Here's how I think it plays out in the not too distant future;

* RSII announces medicinal supply contracts with calif. growers.

* RSII announces product development/testing PR's on an on-going basis

* RSII/PAOG jointly announce supply/distribution deals for RSII medicinal products thru PAOG clinics

IMO, PAOG will be used more as a distribution vehicle for the RSII products ... this will alow RSII a quick ramp-up of sales, which will ramp up sales quicker than trying to get the RSII products into traditional big-box pharma stores.
