Pinball, I gotcha BUT in order for phase 2 to be completed the two board appointees would have to be paid wouldnt you think / agree ? ...if they are not paid then this is ALL BS ...since they are moving to the US and stipulated health insurance for themselves in the board of directors agreement as well....Soooo being paid with options an S8 HAS to be filed with the SEC ..... in that S8 both parties have to be identified - so that would finally speak volumes and seal the deal so to speak that this is all REAL , the two board appointees are real people as Frankenmatt
would incriminate themselves pretty badly if they lie to the SEC with fictitious names etc ..... so SIMPLY NO S8 NO MERGER ..... again if an S8 is filed then snap up all you can....my bet -it aint happening :( ....no I am not shorting , yes I own shares .
