Yeah that's probably a good guess. It probably depends a lot on how many initial little bugs they need to work out before going live. It could also depend on things like waiting for checks to clear, or getting some ad agency set up to make commercials or something. I'm guessing some sort of promotion will follow the public Beta test. But word of mouth from a large number of initial users will sure do wonders too if people really like it from the get-go.

Can't wait until the public Beta test goes live, so we can check off that box. Then moving up to OTCQX would be one of the next steps further down the road. They've been doing what they said they were going to do so far, it's just that their "soons" are a little slower than what most people think of when they hear the word "soon".
