I personally am still waiting for this fuse to be lit?
Seems to be doused in water and stuck in a vacuum?

Anyway, I did my vote today...1.4M NO VOTES to both.
Took a while to get it in the mail and then had instructions to complete via online proxy. Seemed like a lot of material to mail out just to have an option to complete in 2 minutes from the computer.

You may enter your voting instruction at 1-800-454-8683, or WWW.PROXYVOTE.COM up until 11:59 PM Eastern time the day before the cut-off or meeting date.

Just had to enter the "Control Number" they sent me and it was done in three clicks...NO, NO, and Submit!

I will continue to wait for the fuse to be lit all the way up until the deadline of April 6, 2018...unless they end it sooner.

The instructions I received did also say:

The final results of this solicitation of written consents will be published in a Current Report of Form 8-K by the Company.

Instructions were very clear also that any cards sent in through the mail that were not signed will be counted as Yes votes! So, make sure you sign your cards if you are mailing! Also, if you just do nothing, your votes will be Yes votes, so please do exercise your rights. The only way your votes do not count is if you "Abstain"...that takes away from the total votes available.

Guess that will be the tell-all.
