I don't expect the federal government to lead on the issue of using MMJ for ther treatment of opioid addiction

My post was in reference to physicians who specialize in addiction medicine who reside in states where MMJ is legal

Physicians will lead this movement

The others in a position to lead this movement are the MMJ legal states because they can expand the conditions approved to be treated with MMJ to include opioid addiction

Federal government very rarely leads any type of scientific or medical endeavor and I don't expect this administration to be any different
