Can someone explain to me how post 14C PZOO sees continued loading at .0003s with a frozen ask... I'm counting at least a couple hundred million bought at .0003 over the past week(s) with an ask that hasn't moved...

It's not as if it is being re-stacked, it's simply being bought into and not moving...

Anyone got a possible explanation?
