Sure, I had a bunch of going back and forth with my rep, but the 2 main thing for the hold up was the wrong address and Broadridge. Wayne originally sent it to an old etrade address, so that took a while to get worked out. Second, there was a hold up at Broadridge, who manages the certificates for E*TRADE clients. Once that was resolved, we were clear to receive our shares.

Per our previous email, Sylios Corp mailed the certificates on 12/13 by USPS regular mail. Please allow 7-10 business day delivery time for us to receive the certificates. Once we receive the certificates, it will take about 3-4 business days to update the systems and credit the shares into your account.

I want to give you an update regarding the certificate. Per Broadridge, who manages the certificates for E*TRADE clients send us a notification today with the following "We are still in process of claiming the shares from the contras. We are in the process of delivering the certs and few are yet to acknowledge our claims."
Without having full understanding of the process, it appears Broadridge is waiting for acknowledgement from 3rd parties.

I wanted to follow up and let you know we are still working on the certificate issue. Unfortunately we are still waiting for counterparties to submit necessary documents before we can be paid.
