That's very interesting, since Chuck Jepson (the other half of Harvesting Technologies) has had nothing but glowing public comments regarding ALLM's CTS technology.

While he doesn't get high marks for spelling, his opinion about the potential of CTS technology is very clear.

"Harvesting Technology is now a SD company. We moved from Florida domain as I reside in SD and this is ethanol country. We are installing our first system as we speak. Corn Kernel fiber is a by product of ethanol. CTS has shown great promise in converting that fiber to sugars. The result is celluosic ethanol which sells for about $4/gal. versus standard ethanol at $1.50/gal. We will be testing large volumes of corn kernel fiber with the CTS process within 30 days. This would be a huge deal to ethanol as no one is close to meeting the RFS mandate for celluosic."

"We are in the process of installing a commercial scale HT unit at an operating ethanol plant. We will run about 20% capacity for 4 weeks and then scale up. We will provide corn kernel fiber for testing to ALLM during that period. Earlier tests were promising and this round should be conclusive. We would produce 150,000 tons of corn kernel fiber annual. This would convert into about 12 million gallons of celluosic ethanol. This 12 million would bring about $4 a gallon versus current $1.50. Huge for ethanol and ALLM."

"One of the products we create is corn kernel fiber which is celluose. CTS lab testing shows great promise in converting CKFiber into sugars. Ethanol is begging for this solution. Will keep you posted soon as to commercial scale results."

"The CTS process has incredible potential in converting corn ethanol celluose to sugars. This would qualify ethanol plants for celluosic RINs. Huge gain for ethanol and the next big opportunity for Alliance."

"My company was started in Florida but has moved to South Dakota. It is closer to ethanol country plus there are no taxes and beneficial trust laws. Our website is www.harvestingtech.com. We are just about to roll out our fiber separation/protein recovery system. We are very interested in the Alliance process as we will have an abundance of corn kernel fiber. Testing to date on converting to sugars is positive. There is huge potential in this space to whomever gets there first. So far it appears to us Alliance has the low capex/opex system."

Could it be that Mr. Bolton was merely exercising prudent judgement in his fiduciary capacity as a member of the ALLM Board of Directors by refraining from "name dropping" or engaging in self-serving promotional activity?

<<"Daniel's own Director fails to see the value in it, revolutionary or a global disruptive technology, otherwise he would have used it, name dropped it or helped in getting it to the next level.">>

<<"Now...why didn't George Bolton use this CTS process? Why did he not comment on it? This article is from August 2017 in Ethanol Producer and George has a chance to name drop the very company he serves as Director on, but doesn't...why is that?">>
