Dang it seems there are people who understand the MMEX conditions so much that the MMEX PPS is just wrong because supposedly the people know keep buying and buying and buying yet the pps keeps getting lower and lower and lower yet they keep buying and buying. You would think they bought up all the MMEX shares in the world. To say the probability of financing is 100% is like saying the probability of MMEX announcing it in one day is 100% until it isn't! The markets just do not believe in MMEX or the Fantasy of probabilities.
The shareholder letter also gets thrown around a lot, like it means anything at all. Zero facts are and nothing to be held accountable for.
