The stock can't be revoked, as it has no registration to revoke.

It was not, and never has been, an SEC registrant.

That right there should have been more than enough to warn off most investors that this was a likely fraud from Day 1.

Legitimate companies register and report to the SEC. Those that aren't, don't.

And PGPM never did.
