HG_HN .55 Found the Merger out to WY. Had a OK SOS co merge with WY SOS HG_HN docs all filed. I dont think I see anything about a RS or anything

Just check history and shows a few filings on the merger with Tec Redux Inc.


Not sure how good it will be. but grabbed 1k I think a long time ago. Might be able to bid and get cheaper shares than current ask
