The problem is in your previous post, wherein you cited belief that Agri-med Ohio is a different company than AGRiMED Industries.

My follow up post cited a quote regarding AGRiMED Industries as an applicant, correlating to the Level 2 APPROVAL for Agri-med Ohio.

Followed by an opinion that they are one and the same.

Again, I do not believe AGRiMED Industries in Pennsylvania is competing against another company, of the same name in a neighboring state.

If you do, then we agree to disagree.

And, while in the surface, this all appears to be good news, it doesn't really matter until Dalton moves forward with the filings.
