Last time I checked, MMEX financing wasn't even announced "UNOFFICIALLY" in fact just the opposite! Hence the PPS. AND the only reason the PPS is so low has NOTHING to do with manipulation as it does with toxic dumping buy loan sharks, good ole jack had to get! There is very clear to everyone and a complete fact. The market knows what and who to invest in!
