$TXHE is thinly traded for sure. The managers could communicate a no R/S policy for 12 months, to assure current and prospective shareholders that they won't be wiped.

Doing, along with material and corporate developments, could bring in real trading volume. However until there's good communication, there will only be sporadic and low volume trading.
