AH ok so unannounced, shady, last minute share increase effectively diluting 5 billion shares, then another 10 billion, then trying to do a RS so they dont have to pay the fee for all of those shares... NOTHING SHADY THERE RIGHT?! YOU SHOULD DO YOUR RESEARCH AND KNOW AN UNANNOUNCED SHARE INCREASE IS GOING TO HAPPEN THE NEXT DAY AFTER YOU BUY A STOCK.
