The tight mgt of shares on both sides is not the norm for pennies and a testament to the mgts of both.

That said , i think i think the upcoming freeing of restricted shares this spring summer for the other may play into their strategy, and as holder of both happy to see this groundwork.

I would love to see retirement of shares in KG but not sure they have same situation - but great to see mgts keeping eye on the ball for shareholders
