Personally I believe if they were to reduce the share count it would be from the O/S which is quite a bit higher than the Float. To date I have not found who owns the shares but expect to learn more once the Audited financials are completed. Possibly retiring additional shares each quarter would be welcome and reduce the dilution which is inevitable when the O/S and Float have a large difference. I believe that some dilution has been occurring but not enough to be significant especially with the solid prospects KGKG has going for it.
