My theory is that PA is executing a shareholder beneficial plan to take advantage of the share price drop due to NSS, margin calls, etc. Since cancelling the 3 cent buy back (smart move), PA has been buying at substantially lower price points while waiting for the AF to be compelted. I believe we'll see the OS being much less than the 815M promised, maybe low-700M levels?

Let's hope PA soon gets the AF filed, ungags the TA and retires lots of OS shares to get this stock popping !
