It is coming up on 2 years since you dropped your case in the court system to pursue your matter in a different way. It would appear IMO that you chose to go the route of the SEC. It is starting appear that the SEC is not taking action. Whatever the reason. Be it that they don't believe there were any illegal actions here, too small of a deal for them to get involved in or whatever. I don't know the reasons. All I know IMO is that the only chance that I have as a shareholder is with the two of you at the helm. Is there any way that the two of you with the help of Messrs. Redmayne and Logan could reinstate this lawsuit and try to win back control of this company? At the very least it would give us an answer instead of waiting or not even knowing if we are waiting on the ruling of a government regulatory agency.
