Stock is trading @ a nickel. It wouldn’t cost much to scoop up most of the float or most of the common. In fact doing so would cost significantly less then the defendants legal fees of a protracted legal battle. I know it sounds markedly untenable, but remeber these are the same companies who force “free markets” by slowing old phones and sabotaging printers with a pre-programmed failure date for non-factory ink cartridges. Regardless of where the MBA came from, manipulation occurres at all levels. Eventually the stock will run and they’ll shake the tree to get every share they can. Just my humble opinion.
