The PPs had 4 month holding periods - So from the October PP we would have approximately 45,000,000 shares that came available for trading around third week February - 1/2 @ .18 and the other 1/2 @ .25 - Once all that cheap paper is gone there is nothing left until we get to the Late December PP and that takes everything to a new level because that was about 14,000,000 shares priced @ .43 - Those shares are tradable around the end of April and the warrants were priced at .65 cents - So I have heard lots of grumbling about why so many shares can trade everyday without a corresponding increase in SP - I believe we are working our way through this - Keep in mind after this we are in pretty strong hands - 100,000,000 of our shares are now in the hands of a few business owners that believed they would be far better off joining the Abattis journey rather than join others or continue on their own.
