Those are not settlement shares. That is just a re balance of the books. Those conversion notes that I am speaking off were most likely a book entry done electronically through the T/A... No reason for it to be done in the open market.

Regardless of right or wrongs. This will never have a Zero bid, or I will eat crow. This will be pumped very shortly. Then a reverse split back down to .0001....
