ONLY REASON R/S IS EVEN MENTIONED IN TO TRY TO GET EXTRA CHEAP SHARES. THERE ARE RELATIVELY FEW R/S GETTING APPROVED. OUT OF SEVERAL HUNDRED OTC STOCK I HAVE BEEN WATCHING IN THE LAST 3 MONTH ONLY ONE ACTUALLY DID AN R/S AND IT WAS PART OF A MERGER.
