We've shown this chart several times already over the past few weeks and the GREEN line is in play, well, AGAIN!??

Obviously a violation of this line will trigger sell programs and a Cascading Waterfall event of meaning??

That said, the MarOE Pivot is 273.16 and the Yearly R2(273.17) pivot r reachable WIHTOUT violating said GREEN line, hence, Spy has a little room to fall but in the next 2-3 days Spy either finds a way to elevate and move up and away from said Green line, OR, violates and likely re-test the Yearly low, 252.92??
